Wet around gasket bolt

Following Daim's ask, I am assuming down the sides onto the exhaust manifold???.
Sadly, my mind reading machine is fresh out of batteries.
The V12 has a "tappet block" on the top of the cylinder head, and there is NO gasket between it and the head, just a chemical seal, and they do weep and leak from there on a regular basis.
HUGE job to fix.
"Greg in France" did his with an external fix that seems to be holding up quite well.
If that is not the area of concern, please fill us all in, so we can assist you with a fix.
The V12 is not known for oil leakage from the head gaskets, although some leakage appears to be from that area.
The section of the timing cover where it mates with each head can weep, but again, not common at all. Mostly an issue if the timing cover has been removed without removing the 2 heads.
