Some washers intended for aftermarket wheels/nuts might be close enough to work? Lots of choices out there; here's one random sample

You'll have to measure shank diameter, etc

If you ever shopped for used Jag wheels you've noticed that nobody ever includes the lugnuts. This is why. They're like gold
Foggy memory disclosure but I'm 95% sure I've used both types interchangeably. For the 7028s there are some less expensive replacements....although still not cheap if you happen to ever need all 20!

Ok. Spent the day examining the original lattice wheel, and the Alessio’sthat I have. I am currently using the original lug nuts after fitting the Alessio’s. I shattered two of my original lattice rims in my accident
Frankly, not sure why the lattice rim does not use shank style lug nuts,
i have ordered what I think are the appropriate shank style lug nuts to go with the new rims, I should have known this, as I had to do it with my 928 when I changed rims from the 16” phonedials, and with my TVR when I went with Nissan rims from a 280z

The only difference between the starfish and the lattice wheelnuts is the length of them, the starfish being longer as a result of their deeper hole. The captive washer is the same on both.
I have some lattice nuts for you Scott if all else fails. Free to a good deserving home, but you pay the postage.

I thought I sent a reply to your last question but I can't find it.
I'm certainly not an expert but I suspect that once a washer separates from a lug nut, one of the two are somewhat deformed.
My thinking is that such a deformity will have an effect the torque applied on the studs.
One other thing I mentioned is that I use a dab of anti seize on the threads every time I remove lug nuts.
