Where can i find AC hoses for V12 1994?

Guys, i got stuck - my both AC hoses are with huge holes, thus in a need of change. According to many places it's impossible to buy them.
Maybe someone has seen them somewhere?
1994 V12 XJS.

Take the old ones to a decent aircon place, they will refit the old hard piece to new flexibles.
