Where Have all the Opus Pickup Rotors gone?

Where Have all the Opus Pickup Rotors gone?
I am on the hunt for a new distributor rotor for my 1979 XJS with the Opus trigger board. These as far as I know have the magnet on the tail?
Being in NZ I have ordered from UK sites where they are pictured and both times I have been told there are the 'new' replacement ones which have no magnet.
So.....does these no none magnetised ones work or.....does anyone know where I can get one from.

I am trying to remember if that is the 'D' Jetronic or the newer 'P' Jetronic. Some of the older 'D' Jetronic distributors in the Mercedes and Volvos etc. used points to trigger the injectors. Is the magnet used to trigger the injectors???
It has been so long since I have worked on an early XJ-S that I have forgotten what I used to know!!!!!!!!!
I do remember the Ferrite Rods falling out of the trigger wheel and then that cylinder would not fire. The wheel was STUPID EXPENSIVE back in the 70s and 80s.

You DEFINATELY need a rotor with a magnet in the heel.
The trigger board has the switches imbedded in it to trigger the EFI system.
There are 2 sorts of trigger boards, 3 wire, and 4 wire. The former uses a round magnet, the latter a square magnet, NO IDEA why, it just does. I always thought a magnet was a magnet, so I reckon any will do.
Give Jagdaim a call in Melbourne, he had one for ours 4 years ago. 03 95530333.
If not, then fitting a magnet in the heel of the "update" is your only way. One of those small "magnets on a stick" magnets will do. Drill the heel, and Epoxy glue the magnet in place. I would use JB Weld, as it will handle the heat, those 5 minute types will NOT do, as they melt at about 100c.

Thanks
Thanks for the help.
I actually found a rotor in NZ.
It had been lost in one of our local suppliers who just happened to look in the wrong box and found it.
I think it won't be long and anyone with the Opus trigger board will be out of luck to replace their rotor.
Note: I also had to pay a premium for the rotor.
