Default Wiper Motor Electrical Connection

I'm disassembling/removing the wiper motor assembly as part of my windscreen/scuttle rot project and would like some help on how to disconnect the electrical connector from anybody who has been here before. How does it come off/come apart?

Yep the ribbed upper ring unscrews and then you pull the plug out. Mine was very tight, had to use channel locks to get it to start then it was perfect. Probably wouldn't hurt to spray some pb blaster or wd at the top of the threads for lube.
