Does the tachometer needle bounce when you try to start it?

xjs6cyl,

A polite suggestion. Dont get distracted by anything else. Just post a clear photo of that relay you found at the A-post showing its location and also confirm that the wire from terminal 87 goes to the ecu as shown on the wiring diagram.

We already know it's the fuel pump relay and it works, but it's getting no power. I suggest we wait until I get the replacement ECM and see if that works, otherwise we are just going in circles.

Oh gotcha. Didnt realize you werent getting power to it. I went through a similar thing with a V12. The inline fuse to it had blown. Disregard my other question

I wish all I had to do was change a blown fuse, it appears my car doesn't have one for the fuel pump.
