Default Won't stay running for more than 10 minutes

Hello,
Hope someone can help on this. I pulled the rad out had it cleaned. Installed and now the car will only run for about 10 minutes then it shuts down like I turned key off. I thought maybe coolant temp on fuel injection side was bad, replaced it still runs then shuts down. Car ran great until pulled rad. not sure what I should look for. I made sure that I secured all the grounds that I removed by rad. Thanks for any help. The car is 89 XJS v12 with marelli ignition. All the sensor wires were replaced with high heat wire earlier this year.

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to XJS forum. You need to get this in front of the resident V12 experts.

I am no Marelli expert, but it sounds like the amplifiers, located on the radtop panel, or their associate connectors, are failing somehow when the engine warms up. These items would have been disturbed when the radiator was changed.

Hi Buzzaw

Ditto Greg, with the Ignition Amplifiers

Did you remount these with 'Thermal Paste' underneath them on their Heat Sinks?

Ignition Amplifiers need to be mounted with 'Thermal Paste' on their 'Heat Sinks' on the Top Closing Panel
