XJS Coolant filter question

That water was 3000km and a few rad flushes later - also mixed with Cat ELC-1 coolant hence the colour (it was bright orange at 50/50 mix)

I installed two inline Tebfa filters many years ago and have been pleased. I don't collect much debris so that's a good thing. They do provide me with peace of mind that I don't have crap circulating in my system so the $60 or so was worth it. I painted the caps blue to dress them up a bit and provide a bit more color under the hood. Purely a personal choice but I liked it. Flush and fill is still essential every few years no matter what the level is or how much the car has been driven.

I was very tempted by the Tebfa filters as well. I actually raised the issue of filters with my mechanic, who works on things like Ferraris and Porsches (so not your average lube jockey, I assume) and he was adamant that they not be used. So for the moment, I am going by that....
