You may try a local upholstery shop and let them use your old mats as a template. I'm sure someone is manufacturing them, but I don't know who. And, with the logo is a tricky thing. Jaguar no longer produces them, but won't allow anyone to use the logo.

I bought a set of customer fitted mats....



.....online. There are several vendors that sell this type of mats where you pick the car, the colours, and the logos, etc. As far as fit goes, mine are great. The xjs foot wells are a weird shape so getting off the shelf mats doesn't work very well.

I've seen "genuine" Jaguar mats from time to time on ebay but they are usually really expensive.

As Ken said, the logo could be the tricky part..... I just got V12 put on mine, but I think they would also probably have done XJS, but probably not Jaguar or the leaper logo

 

The "v12" is a nice touch. I like that.

 

Dumb question but do the mats go over the carpet, or do you put them on top of the bare metal?
