Default XJS the next big thing

Have you seen this video. Magnus Walker examines the desirability of the XJS and poses the question of increasing values. It's nice to see the two XJS coupes driving down the highway and streets of LA. It's easy to forget how impressive they look in motion. If this has been posted before feel free to delete this post. https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...+magnus+walker

He did the XJS no favors, I cant understand this. No mention of the striking looks, race history, manual conversions, all the well done customs, a few people still race them at present, no mention of the smooth ride, the balance going down the road, the precise steering no BMW from the same period can match. The lady was so boring and had no personality, an owner who adds nothing to the marque. Totally mailed it in. Very upset. MW needs a smack on this one.

Perhaps, but the cars looked nice and like they say, there's no such thing as bad publicity.

Oh, what a nice lady, giving that poor hobo a lift in her Jag....
Wait, he deliberately dresses like that?
Mind you, she did call her car a "temperamental bitch," which I found amusing - I didn't name mine "Lady Mary" for nothing, after all....
(Actually, Lady Mary's been fairly well-behaved lately. Apart from a couple of non-urgent issues like transmission whine when cold. Only been in the shop once for actual problems (as opposed to maintenance, etc.) in the last year.)

Agree with the above comments, where is the history? the absolute dominance on the track? the sublime handling?

Also after watching her car I'm thinking my springs really are shot. Waaay less bounce and shimmying on that black XJS...sigh.

*adds performance springs to the list*
