Hi , I am newbe here. I wonder if anyone has a helpful suggestion. I have just restored a 3.6 manual 1987. After all the welding and bodywork was completed we fitted another lower mileage engine. It has been a year since the car ran. It was extensively stripped although the loom was left in.Everything is hooked up again (we think) but all systems do not go , no spark no pump. Have power at coil the pump works when tested. I am used to 1 wire one fuel pipe sort of classics and wonder if any of you can point me in a direction. I have checked the knock sensor and all the leads. ECU problem has been suggested and I wonder if the crank sensor would cause this. I also have a spare small shielded earth lead by the coil which I dont have a home for like the one to the ignition amplifier , also a small wire with a white round connector which seems to belong near the aircon pump . Can anyone help , thanks ,Jon
