XJS Seat Wiring Help!

XJS Seat Wiring Help!
Hello
I've just took delivery of a pair of black (used to be red) XJS seats. They are manual with electric lumbar support. (I also think they may be heated).
Anyway the wiring is shoddy and not standard, I will be retro-fitting these to my Triumph Herald and would love to wire them up.
Can anyone help:
Has the wiring already be adapted to work outside a jag?
If so what should I connect up?
Possibly what year/mk are these from? (Links to correct wiring diagrams?)
I'm not a jag expert so plain black and white please. Cheers
Andy
I took close ups from (I think) the passenger seat. However wiring is identical for the drivers seat.
Wire coming straight down from seat base. (possibly heated?)
From connection that goes up the back of the seat. (Lumbar support?)
As you can see the plug from the seat has been...adapted (front)
Another from the back of the same plug.
Female to fit the male plug in the last photo.
Again it has been adapted
This is the lumbar switch
More from the switch connections.
The switch has been filled with some sort of plastic gunk, squidgy but wont budge.
So... that was a long post, hopefully all the info is there. Please ask if you've got questions, I can post more photos.

the passengers and drivers seats do have different wiring
the seat base does indeed have a heated element, however the passengers seat should have an extra connector for the seat occupant sensor, so the element can't be turned on without an actual passenger, its always assumed that the driver is in the seat if the ignition is on
the rear uprights also have a lumbar support airbag ,

The lumbar support is 12volts so thats now a problem. The polarity reverses to inflate and deflate. The seat has a small air pump and solenoid valve. Im not sure about the heaters. There are thermostat to control heat and timers as well I think. The seats slso use relays. I would suggest looking at wiring diagram to figure out heaters.
If your not running in winter they might not be nessassary as the seats dont breath much. You get swamp *** on long drives.
