I think it simply looks like they applied their design aesthetic to the car to me. It could have been any car and would have exuded the same general feel. Much like a lowrider is a lowrider whether it is a pickup truck, an Impala or any other make/model.

I am not a fan of the aesthetic and I suspect many here are not, but for where it is and the intended audience it works.

You might as well say you don't care for that school of design than bashing this single example, which is well executed for what it is. At least they are honoring the marque by giving it attention - a sign of respect - and not ignoring it entirely.

You're right, the car has an air suspension system and it's the tank for that.

It is awesome to see the attention the XJS is getting. Love the look of the car.

I have always thought the XJS coupe looks best with low profile body parts and even though this car is over the top in some ways it still makes the car look Bad A@@!!!!!

I like it, looks like many drift modified Japanese style cars, dont you guys ever buy any D-Sport magazines?

and i give credit to the workmanship and engineering put into it. YIKES.
