No. I am n the USA. In olden days here, the local blacksmith or welding shop would make them up from scratch. perhaps there.
Trivia. that nomenclature/language thing.
Here:
Tow bar. A device attached to the front of a vehicle to allow it to be towed by another vehicle. Known as flat towing.
Trailer hitch. A device attached to the rear of a vehicle to allow it to tow another car or trailer as needed. .
My Jeep has one of the latter that serves that purpose and another.
A steel bar to protect the fuel tank from a severe rear impact.
Known as a receiver hitch. the tube with the ball is removable.
Saves shins, that way!!
