XJS Work Shop Manuals 1975 to 1991
Finally got round to sorting through my XJS Folder, so uploaded them to MediaFire https://www.mediafire.com/folder/md9lq04beqjo9/XJS
I have the parts Catalogues and manuals for the 1991 to 1996 Models, although this is on CD Rom and I am unable to print from it or download the files to my hard drive. Which actually seems silly when this software was issues in 1996 it was at a time where not ever one had a mobile phone, let alone a computer in their workshop. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can convert these files to a practical viewing format then please let me know

They are PDF, and you can open them in Adobe but you can't save them to any other drive or print them, I think its the PDF viewing software contained on the CD ROM- Icon driven launcher window for each of the folders.
I did upload it to file storage in case the original got damaged, so there is a way I can look at achieving my goal
The software is great, but I am an old man who likes to print his work instructions out so I can refer to them as and when I need it. Having to lug a laptop down there and keep it safe but on hand is a massive ordeal thus rendering this software useless to me unless adapted for better convenience.

I have just tried downloading each PDF from the online version of the CD ROM, I can download them as PDFs but not open them.
I did post the link to the online storage folder containing the file but removed it as I was unsure of how this affected copywrite. I hear this online version may not be usable.
I will take the CD ROM to one of my computer boffin friends, he will have a team member who will know about this or a way round it.
If anyone wants to have a look then PM me with your email address, I might be able to send it as a zip file

cornishcat,
As I'm sure you appreciate, the Parts Manuals are not a problem as the online Jaguar Parts website has all the Parts Diagrams available online.
As regards the Service Manuals for your 4 litre, I have those available and can email them to you as viewable pdf files if you want them.
Cheers
Paul
