07 XK front end
Hey everyone sorry for the lack of introduction before this post. I recently acquired a 07 XK that had front end damage to just about every panel, the hood, fenders, and bumper. Since everything will be replaced I was thinking instead of going back to stock it would be a good chance to upgrade it a little.
The hood will mostly remain stock, the XKR-S GT hood is a little too much and Im not sure if it will even fit a 2007 which leads to the next question...
Will 2012+ fenders fit on the 2007?
Im a fan of aston martins, but I am not a fan into making a car look like another car but these front bumpers strike my attention. Now I know in the end the choice is mine alone but I am stuck on both and would like to hear some input on what everyone else thinks.

Personally I wouldn't do either but that's because it looks a little "too Aston" for me but there are a few choices, I do have a special Jaguar kit for the 2010/11 XK, you will have to have that year front but this kit is OE and finding a picture of it is very hard, it is along the lines of the previous XK60 kit but as the 2010/11 was the run out year before Jaguar face lifted to the new shape it was produced on very limited numbers.
I do know a company that can supply all of the 2012 parts but they are UK based so shipping will be a killer....

I like the looks of both variations but, would likely prefer the green one.
As others have warned, do it only if you are not concerned about resale values. Now, that may be minimized by the fact that it is an '07 and you probably obtained it for very little, given the crashed state of the car. So, it could be quite a feasible option for you to make it into something very special.
Good luck with the project and post some pictures when done,
Albert
