There is a foam backing to the suede and it parts company as the foam breaks down so you would have to remove the covering, clean up the foam and re-glue.
It is very hard to get new material that is a perfect match and the replacement part from Jaguar is silly money so I would try the re-glue option first.

If the pillars are sagging, likely other trim is or is about to. I had no issue with the A & B pillars, first the visors, then the C pillars, then the headliner. Replaced all with factory new under warranty 6 years ago/5K miles and did a color change, canvas to jet. Now I see the new visors are beginning to fail as well as the new C pillars, the rest is still as new. Regardless, you may consider refinishing all, rather than piece by piece, makes matching easier and you'll not worry about what will need to be done next.

They don't make these parts and unfortunately, it's a problem with other marques as well.
EDIT: I meant Jaguar has another manufacturer who makes the interior trim for them. Jaguar doesn’t manufacture anything. Common practice in the industry.

I just finished having my entire headliner and all 6 trim pieces recovered. I went to 5 upholstery shops before settling on one. The first one (with the best reputation) was planning on reusing my original material, using foam for the headliner and recovering the A&B pillars with the original material as well. He would not recover the visors, but would tighten them and he DID NOT want to touch the C pillars as it required the removal of the rear seat.I believe the passenger seat needs to be removed as well. . I was planning on going to him, but he closed his shop (after 50 years in business) due to illness. 3 other shops could not find any close match in suede material, and all of them would not touch my visors and did not want to do the C pillars. I finally settled on the 5th shop who said he would try to reuse the original material and would do everything including all 6 trim pieces. Please be aware that the C pillars also require double stitching as well as the removal of the rear seat. The job was completed and although not perfect (to my expectations), everything matched, including the visors (that were refoamed as well as the headliner). Many shops shy away from doing the complete replacement on the XK Coupes, and finding the original material is next to impossible. The key here is to find a shop that is familiar with the job and will to do the work, including, the visors, 6 trim pieces as well as the headliner. More than likely, you will need to find a replacement suede(with foam backing) of a different color. It's not a small job to do everything correctly but can be done with a reputable shop that takes their time and is meticulous. Good luck.
