I have only seen one other BRG example in the last year come up for sale and it was a Dynamic R. Looks may be £2k over the book price given mileage and age. Great colour !

Interesting. I'm on the fence due to the price, seller is sticking to his guns. It's been on sale since September so was hoping he might have been flexible. Damn it's a nice car though but worth £2k more than top book price? I dunno.

That being said, I've never seen another late X150 on the road. BRG was a rare colour choice for original buyers. Since I got my 2015MY two years ago, I've seen two more BRG Signature models advertised and one Dynamic R. I haven't seen any BRG Portfolio models advertised.

When I wanted to update my 2007 XK, there were plenty of 5.0 litre cars advertised but it was almost impossible to find anything other than Black or White. I like BRG but I wouldn't pay over the odds for a colour. However, I was prepared to travel 300 miles to get one.

This is my XKR that I get to see every day. It has tan leather interior.

Looking forward to seeing the photo of your XKR, Paul.

At first I thought that I was going to get all the problems every one was having with this car they had to jump start the car that day drove it for a week no problems then sometimes it didn’t want to start so I looked at the most important things to this car and that’s the key change the battery $6 at auto zone have no problems I take 400 trips miles from Dallas to Laredo 800 miles round trip no problems I love my car this car is not for everyone It’s made to go fast I do 150 mph I love the color I live in Dallas Texas and have not seen another xk in blue.

Very nice, I had a 2007 in the same colour combination ........ but this thread is specifically about the rarity of BRG (British Racing Green).

I think so!

But BRG (if I may stereotype) is IMO very much a overweight and Caucasian colour from the 80's and 90's in the UK, I am thankfully neither of these

It's far more appreciated by British car aficionados outside of the UK, that said my 95 Aston DB7 carried it well
