If you are saying that you cannot appropriately close your glove box, that happened to me once with my 08. I took it to the dealer and the service advisor used a pen or a pencil and tripped something in the latch area. That fixed it, took less than 1 minute and there was no charge.
I think the lock tab in the latch area got activated somehow with the door open and the pen or pencil pushed it back into the proper open position. You may want to try this yourself. Good luck.

Agree, the latch is probably stuck in the "Latched" position while open. Pry the catch open while pushing the release button.
I used to do this to 'Frienemy's' cars years ago, on the doors. Click the latch closed when the door was open. Sat back and enjoyed the comedy of errors which followed.
