For item #3, if it’s not bad bulbs, then it’s a known issue on the 2010-2011 cars. There’s a TSB about it too. See this thread:

Thanks guys. So, both reverse lights work and the tag lights came on.
So, the left rear fog light does not work. I see the red LEDs, but they are not operable. The center white section is the reverse light and it is fine.
I suppose the entire unit needs to be replaced…..how difficult is it?

I've done the LED replacement; ultra tiny LED DIP's. Amazing how much light comes out of these tiny chips. Remove taillight assembly, and fog light LED's are on a separate daughter-board. Fortunately I have access to an SM workstation, so was able to flow the new chips back on. Not an operation for the faint-of-heart... The left taillight can easily be accessed, but the right side unit needs the trunk lid cover removed.
