Default 2011 XKR Overheats, radiator fans inop

Hey everyone,
today I noticed my AC was getting warmer, then my high heat warning light came on, I checked the coolant and all good no leaks and full, i did notice the cooling fans are not coming on, I checked fuses and all are good, does anyone know what relays control the fans or a module and where is it located, schematic anything to point me to the problem. thanks in advance

Happened to me.
Bad news: the sensor that activates the fans is part of the whole fan assembly, shroud and everything-- and if it's what happened to me, you'll have to replace the whole thing.
And it ain't cheap....

Good news - it's possible to fit used motor.
The motor (and the control module in it) is exactly the same with 3.0D/3.0SC XF/XJ. The shrouds and fans are diffrent, but it's easy to swap a fan to a diffrent motor and the motor will fit in XK(R) shroud, even the wire lenght is the same

looks like dealer cost is $1150, I see they moved the fan control module directly on the fan assembly for some reason, my research suggestss the fan control modules on prior years are prone to blow caps and transistors in high heat, not sure why they decided to move it to a whole unit assy, maybe the thought was the module would stay cooler next to the blowing fans instead...

turns out it was the fan assy, the fan control module is built in to the assy and cant take the heat, the day it went out we were having a heat wave and the outside temp was 113 F, I was sitting in my car on a long phone call when it happened, note to self.... no more long phone calls while the car is running in high outside temps above 100 F, ... Thx to all who replied.

Can you not bypass relays and let fan run anytime engine is operating?
