Default 2012 bluetooth adapter

Say im able to enable aux in engineering mode is this adapter compatible with the system? it is for the 2006-2009 xk's. if not what adapter is needed to use bluetooth on aux in xkr 2012?

All you need is a Bovee 1000 with cable to connect to the iphone connector in the center console. I use it with my Samsung android and it works perfect.

You may also want to consider the Anker Soundsync. It's much less expensive than the Bovee, but it is battery-powered and needs charging.

+1 for the Bovee. Had it for a few years in my 2012 and it works great.

+1 for Bovee. Just got mine and was simple to install and use.
It will start playing the first thing in your library when your phone connects each time you get in the car, which is slightly annoying but certainly not a deal breaker for me.

There's no 3.5mm in the 2012 from what I could see. Which is why I had to go with the Bovee.

Good to know. Mine is a 2007 so I was not sure.
