Another day, another record. It was the turn of the standing 1/4 mph this time with an increase from 124.63 mph to 126.04 mph!

Thanks. I am using 1st gear to pull away now rather than snow mode (2nd) as H.Jones on the XF forum seemed to be getting good results using that. I have always spun the tyres in the past when using 1st so had given up trying but am glad I gave it another go. Not sure if it is better launch control, better prepped track or a mixture of both but I am pretty happy with the results.
That was also the first run of the day while the track was fresh and it was still only 18 degrees. I got a few more runs in the 11's and 125.x mph but that was the best.
