Just imagine if everybody takes off their mufflers on everything, and drives thru your neighborhood while you are trying to entertain or watch the news or relax reading a good book after a hard days work. Children must play. I hope you all get excessive noise tickets and a tow truck to a garage that charges full list prices.

Boys must play until they grow up. Some of us never grow up. I think I'm caught somewhere in between. We all like to play and have fun and need to exercise discretion.

You almost had me.. sometimes I don't recognize sarcasm as quickly as I used to.. well played sir.. well played. [however, if you were serious, I would be glad to direct you a sight dedicated to Jaguar owners who are not enthusiasts, it is co-moderated by the vegatarian Prius owners club of northern California.]

I have two questions. I was thinking of having my exhaust guy add a Y on both pipes leading into the stock muffler attached to the outside exhaust tips right before the active exhaust valve. Effectively completely bypassing the muffler when in dynamic mode (or when fuse 19 is pulled). Would this be similar to what you did while still allowing me to use the muffler when needed? Also, do you have any pictures of how you have the piping now?

Well, I don't have to wonder anymore.....
Just removed the stock muffler. Sounds absolutely awesome at startup, idle and small throttle. Pedal down? Don't think that the wife will go for this as it will be her everyday driver. We had a Viper with the cats and resonators removed and this is right up there with that car.
That said, it sounds downright nasty from inside. Not sure what others are hearing.....
I would consider a couple of small mufflers that would fall somewhere between the stock sound (boring) and what I have now (borderline too much). Any ideas? And yes, I have used the search feature.....
