Default Is it.....?

The world famous author Wilbur Smith died yesterday RIP. I wonder if he was a XK owner as this photo shows wich could be an XK model car on the shelf above his head?? Or is it a Aston Martin?🤔

You have eyes like a hawk. Sure looks like an XK.

Think he’d have gone authentic, and those don’t look like XK wheels. Not familiar with the AM wheel set, someone else recognize them as AM’s?

The horizontal strakes behind the front wheel arch say DB9.

Well, I’m not so sure anymore that it is a Aston. Take a look at chrome edge around the windows. On the Aston the edge has a sharper rear upper corner compere to the Jag’s more rounded

Aston.
Look at the seam between the bumper cover and the rear quarter panel. It’s a straight line, like an Aston. The XK has a bend in that seam as it approaches the rear wheel.

that's an Aston Martin.Check out the emblem on the hood.It's not a cat
