Ah. Could be. It's not all that exciting anyway. On my car it's the second page of Display Set, after pressing the down arrow.

The good news is that a new module arrived last week and has been fitted with the A/C (and heating) working just fine. I also received the thermal fuses (I had to buy 5) about the same time and have replaced the link with the fuse being careful to apply a pair of pliers to the wires whilst soldering the fuse to the board, thus acting as a heat sink to protect the fuse. Also works fine so I have a spare. My problem now is to find a replacement for the sound dampening panel under the glovebox. The original has seen better days and become floppy so will only stay up with tyraps in the middle. I can only think to try scrap yards but not too many XKs in Spain.

Thanks to all contributors to this thread. I probably wouldn't have attempted it without your input.
