Always wanted an Embarglo car with white interior

So as requested, I'm following up with the removal of the plastidip.
The dip has been on about 10 months now, and has held up really well. There are a few nicks and scuffs in places that if the dip had not been there would have probably gone through the clear, so I've saved some wear and tear on the paint. The only places I had trouble with lifting was the bottom of the fender right behind the front wheels, and that was only after I ran the thing through a car wash.
It removed the dip is 4 phases.
1. Pull off as much as I can, starting with big panels. This took about an hour.
2. Take a power washer and hit all the cracks, nooks, crannies, and jambs to get everything I could. This took about 30 minutes.
3: Use a bamboo chopstick (soft enough not to damage clear), and old hotel key card, and my thumbnail to get the really stubborn bits. About 30 minutes
4: Use a solvent (DYC sells one, or you can use xylene) to get the overspray behind all the jambs. About 30 Minutes.
For those doing the math, that is about 2.5 hours to de-dip the car. I'm going to be doing a new color coming up soon, and I will back mask all of the jambs and that should cut out the last 30 minutes. I'll also tape up the trim and windows a little different and hopefully eliminate the 30 minutes with the power washer as well.
From a pain-in-the-*** standpoint, I though this was way easier than some of the vinyl wraps I've removed, and those were all the expensive 3M Di-noc stuff.
