Been eyeing this XKR for months...
This Jaaaag has been on sale for what seems like forever.
2007 Jaguar XKR
I haven't inquired or anything yet but I was hoping some of you could perhaps share any thoughts on it and any potential red flags I'd steer my inspection towards.
Even some initial questions when I do make first contact on the phone.
It's pretty high Km's (maybe not for regular cars but for a Jag like this, it is) but the body and interior "seems" good .

It's only ~62,800 miles. Why do you think that's high? Doesn't sound high to me...
Anyway, the looks of the car are ok. If you can check the car out in person, or ask:
Has AC drain been repaired?
How old is the battery?
Do you hear a buzzing sound in cabin when the car is not started?
What brand of tires are on the car?
Do they have the maintenance records - serviced by Jag?
Get the VIN and call the local Jag dealership and see if any updates have been made to the head unit in the dash, drivers display, and/or software.
Any changes made by the owner - ie upgrades to exhaust, etc.
Has the windshield ever been replaced?

It has been for sale forever, and that is quite high mileage for an XK in Canada where they get put away in winter. You're a long time member so you already know about these cars, and can search answers in several similar threads to yours, then go look at it. You'll probably discover why it's been for sale forever. Check general condition, and research service history. A Jag dealer can do that with the VIN #. See what it's been in for, and what's been done. Update this post with your findings if you haven't already ruled it out.
Book an appointment to see and drive it...don't just walk in, and don't buy it on your first visit.
Check to see if it's been in an accident. Unfortunately Quebec dealers don't have to disclose it I don't think, so be careful.

Update for those interested:
It was sketchy. The whole talk reeked. Tried to go through a lot of rscultho 's questions... but he wouldn't answer direct questions (goodbye!) and kept trying to sell me on how impressed everyone would be with my car. LOL. Like I care.
Anyway, I've got the funds when I'm ready. For now, my X is looking good for summer...

If you're unable to see the car prior to making some sort of commitment for whatever reason, be sure to request several pictures of the dash--specifically, the most-forward section and the demister vents. Depending on where the car spent its life and how much the original owner cared about proper leather care, you might end up with a train-wreck of a dash. (The leather dash on the '07-'09 XK/XKR wasn't constructed correctly; it was corrected on the 2010+. The older-style leather dash pulls away from the front edge around the center speaker, and on the leading edge of the gauge hood, as it naturally shrinks in the heat of the sun. (2010+ leather dashes actually have the appropriate length of leather wrapped around the edge of the dash--and it's anchored with staples or equiv. Pre 2010 dashes only wrapped about 1/2", and Jaguar only used glue... which was a stroke of genius!.. if you're into warranty claims and junked-up dashes on $90k+ luxury/sport vehicles.)
Also, Jaguar constructed the demister vents out of some form of pre-war peanut brittle, so check to see if they look like the some'r teeth of a homeless man. If they're broken to hell, you'll have some really fun rattles down in the ventilation system--triggered by bass and railroad tracks. (Each bumpy road can produce a magical musical melody!)
If you're particular about your interior, then you'll be looking at thousands to fix it. (Trust me. My wallet is still recovering... no pun intended.)
Happy hunting!

Can someone expand
Do you hear a buzzing sound in cabin when the car is not started
please?
Apart from the obvious explanation of a hornet's nest (which would certainly be unfortunate) the only thing I can think of is the intercooler pump running.

Hell, that's how Jaguar rose to fame to begin with! Toppling giants Mercedes and Ferrari in LeMans in the 50s!

How right you are, shame none of them were also engineers.
