Here is another of the 1 piece mesh. They are described as a titanium graphite with machined stripe.

And here is a pic of the 3 piece version with a lip!

I like the titanium with machined edges in the photo because it's both understated and stylish, and while the polished looks a bit in your face in the picture, I bet it's just stunning in the flesh. I associate mesh with all sorts of high performance cars as they are a popular style of race wheel from various manufacturers. Popular on fast Porsche, Corvette and many others. When I see them I think bitch-slapping performance icon...along these lines

Would you prefer the seductive sleeper look, or something a little more aggressive?

Here's a wheel that might be to your liking. They are light weight, good quality and not very expensive. The parent company is Iforged Wheels, which have been around for ages.

Looks nice. Tell us more about the wheels/tires.
Definitely need to lower the car a bit to get the maximum effect from wheels like that.

Default Preview custom wheels on your Jag

If you want to see what various wheels will look like on your Jag, go to TireRack.com, where you can select your car and your color. It will give you a pretty good idea of how they look. If you copy and paste the pictures into another program, they can be expanded and printed. The attached picture was copied from that site.
You can also print out your car in white and play around with paint options using colored marker pens.

I think the wheels I want are about $5500 for just the wheels. Hmmm, beginning to wonder if spacers and my 20" Nevis will look good enough ;-)

I suppose a $300 investment in spacers to hold off and potentially avert a $5k expenditure isn't too bad right!

Not if you want your car to look different than others. Not if you want it to go to another level. Custom wheels keep a car looking fresh.
What wheels did you decide on?
You don't have to spend $5500.
A set of Cor Wheels or Strasse Wheels cost around 4K. I could get them a little less with my hook-ups.
Don't wimp out not. lol

I am absolutely NOT an expert but aren't spacers a bad thing for the car in the long run? I had spacers fitted to my FocusRS and just after I had them put on I started reading all sorts of horror stories about them being bad because of the added wheelbase size, and stresses etc etc? Like I said - I'm no expert so I stand corrected if this is not the case.

I also have heard some horror stories and would never use spacers. I would rather buy wheels that meet my specs, with lower offsets and wide measurements.
Horror stories are fewer since hub-centric spacers hit the scene. Hub-centric spacers provide a solid connection but I still would rather get wheels that look and fit the way I like.

While I normally like a modular wheel with a deep lip, sometimes the best looking wheels are the simplest. But you may never know til they're on a car...

Take for instance this RS4 with OZ Ultraleggera which look great on this car. Yet I bet I wouldn't have selected them before seeing this!

I like the open spoke design. I actually like the Senta wheels and ordered an aftermarket set that looks exactly like the OEM Jag Sentas.

I noticed that Audi has Vredestein tires...

Can't see the wheel too well from those angles.

[QUOTE=GhostriderXKR08;496001]My 1st set of wheels for the jag were reverse lip as I saw them on an AMV8V. I then switched them to semi concave wheels last Spring.

This was the car I saw the wheels on an AMV8V and so I got them:

Same wheel on my car:

Ghostrider, Do you by chance remember the specs on those wheels? Thanks, Ken

Default It's not PhotoShop.

As I pointed out on my 5/15 post, this picture can be created, saved and printed from the TireRack.com website. You choose your car, your color, and whatever wheels (from their offerings) you want to see on the car. If the specific brand of wheel isn't sold there, you can at least get an idea of the general style that looks best.
