Holding up great, primer was plastic primer 2 coats, paint 4 coats a standard gloss black, makes it stand out a bit and then 3 top clear coats with a hardener. I had the mesh parts of my fogs silver to so they were sprayed the same. No chips so far, don't really tailgate much. Think the black look is better and looks good with my new eyebrow mods. What about your.

While stopping at the hardware store on my way home today, parked across the street was a 2010 XKR that had had some mods done that were similar to mine. So when I left the store I pulled up next to it and snapped a couple of cellphone pics. My car is liquid silver, and I've painted the hood vents and wheels gloss black. The other XKR was a darker grey with hood vents and wheels painted black. The other car had the side vents painted black and the grills and the lower valance painted black as well. The black grill was pitted very badly with much silver showing through. One of the photos below has a closeup but it's not as apparent as in the full resolution photo that I took.

Yeah I agree...I'll post pics of mine but it's literally identical to the one you took pictures of....which kind of makes me sad. But also has reassured me on doing it, because the last few weeks of the bumper being at the body shop for paint has had me anxious

Adamesh did claim though that their pricing was close to the Jaguar dealer prices though but it'd be slightly tricky to verify that.
