Welcome to the forums Sampson,

I've moved your question from Audio/Visual Electronics to X150 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

Model of iPhone?

Bluetooth connectivity is for phone calls, not music streaming.

Not all cellphones are backwards compatible to 2007. Technology has changed a lot in 16 years. That's why I still have my old Samsung Galaxy S8 - it still works in all my cars.

Also, there is a limit to the number of phones which can be paired. You may need to delete the PO's before connecting yours.

I've had every Pixel phone, and they all have worked perfectly well with my 2010. My daughter's new iphoneys don't work anymore.

I also have the latest gadgets (apple) and they all connect without issue to the BT module in my 07.

When I touch to search device nothing happens. Is there a way to test if blue tooth even works?

Install a new Bluetooth module??? Not the cheapest test, but it seems that your current one isn't working. A known failure point.

I struggled to pair my iPhone X until I tried it with engine off, accessories on…worth a try…

I do recall a time when the phone would not connect. Codes thrown showed a number of errors, none of which were related to the BT module. But a number of “non essential” modules were not powering up. You guessed right… battery.
Installed the new battery and presto, we were back in action.
Cheers!

Default Cruise control

Message reads Cruise Control Unavailable. Is this serious or hopefully an easy fix? Fuse Mabey? Any help appreciated.

When odd things happen and don't go away on your next restart, do a hard reset. Disconnect both battery terminals and hold them together for 30 seconds.
