Brake Dust...Inquiring minds want to know.

I've tried several brake pad brands and find Akebonos have the least amount of break dust, squeal and stop very well and smoothly for the street. They are fully ceramic and the dust is actually a light gray color so it's difficult to see even after a long trip or an extended period between washes.

I've tried the anti brake dust cleaners/sprays on this car before I swapped over the pads. I actually found them to attract the dust worse than not using them at all. I did have several hard braking situations on the trip to gulf. One woman decided to swap lanes with me right beside her while doing 70 on the interstate. A very hard fast braking situation with no fading on my pads. There are always good and bad with everything such as these type pads. Just use your own judgement
