Default Brake fluid reservoir

Hi . I want to remove the brake fluid reservoir so I can get to a wire connector which is located under the master cylinder. I cannot get my hands in with the reservoir there.

The wire connector under the master cylinder keeps buzzing, I presume it has got water in it as it is directly below the water run off from the windscreen. Can I just suck out the oil from the reservoir and remove it and then refill when I replace it ?
Any info will be help fully
thanks in advance Chris

Doing that will undoubtedly introduce air into the brake system so be sure to do a very thorough flush, also do not get air into the ABS.

Are you sure this this is the easiest way to do what you are trying to accomplish?

Hi Jahummer. Cannot see any other way of getting to the connector. Can just about get one hand down beside the master cylinder , cannot get in from the bottom . The wire makes a loud crackling noise , I presume because it has got damp or is shorting out someway. Any suggestions welcome, could possibly take a photo to show you.

regards Chris
