Brake Pads?

Brake Pads?
The warning for worn brake pads just came up in my car. I lifted it and checked, and it is the rear ones that require changing.
However, when trying to find what part number they should be, its's all a bit of a jungle.
My car is a 2009 (MY2010) XKR 5.0 Supercharged Coupe. Standard brakes, No Alcon or other specials.
Iv'e found several part numbers, but it seems uncertain whichh is the correct:
-C2D3792
-C2P17595
-C2C27271
Any of these? Or something else?
Also. Is ai always nescesay to replace the wear sensor? Or is it possible that it might be reused?

I know that my front brakes on the 2010xk are going to need replaced soon. Jag dealer just looked at them and said they had 4mm left on them, advised me to wait until sensor goes off then replace pads/rotors and sensors. I already have a set of ceramic front pads and rotors waiting for the time to replace the fronts. If I go ahead and have them replaced before the sensor lights up can I avoid having to buy a new sensor? Thanks

Well now, this mystery continues. The one I should use according to above link are told to me that they are for normal XK, not XKR.
My rear discs are normal vented, but not drilled or slotted. The diameter is 380mm.
The suggestion I got now are C2P25493 which is supposed to be for XKR 5.0L Supercharged 2009 and onwards.
But these are considerably more expensive, and there doesn't seem to be any alternative brands there.
A Djungle, this is :-)
Any ideas are welcome.

And yes, I am looking for discs. This special 376mm ones seams more expensive then all the others, by a lot. And there doesn't seem to be any alternatives. The part No: C2P25493 I got from S.N.G Barrat UK.
Below is a picture of the caliper and disc where I have removed the R-Badge
