Bellissimo!
The size of those brakes! And those lines...
How beautiful is the paint? Is it noticeably better than the XKR's?
Is the car 'liveable'? Not that I'd ever relegate such magnificence to daily driver role, but can you give a ride to a non-car person without them complaining about the ride, noise, entry and egress, etc? I'd imagine even non-car people are in sufficient awe to enjoy the ride regardless, but how does it rate on the 'severity' scale around town, in traffic, etc?
What a car! Not much to look up to as a fantasy car from where you are at, my friend...

The paint, do not know if it is better than the XKR, newer car and nicer paint, but I am sure that a same year Jag would match it..
It is loveable, but I would not recommend using it as a daily drive... It is a spaceship, and so fast all the time, hard to drive it as daily car let alone a Gt..
Have given so many friends and their kids a ride along, all love it, but I guess the story would be different if it was a 200km trip, quite a lot of road noise..
It is uncannily easy to drive around town, despite being very wide, but it relative short which compensates....
If you want attention, then this is the car to get... had not factored in just how much of a head tuner it is...
Will be selling it in around 1 to 2 years (something I always do) but yes, what then after that??? It truly is the final fantasy... well for me at least: O)

There a desent amount of Ferrairs in Sweden, but very few 458...
as mentioned before, very many old American cars, huge thing overhere....
However, I am danish, and in Denmark, 20 min from here, there are no Ferraris, and that is where I drive the most![Smile](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
a 458 would set you back around 900000 USD in Denmark (crazy tax system) and that is why expensive cars a fare and few...

I'm glad that you enjoy it and I'm sure it is both incredibly fast and drives very well, but emotionally, Ferraris haven't done anything for me since the 355, maybe a 575. I probably sound old, although I am not. My tastes may be questionable since I think the 400 is one of the most beautiful Ferraris. I do appreciate that you went with something less obvious than yellow or red for the color.
