Looks a beauty.

I'll bet it's also a terrifying cost in Sweden.

What is inside instead of wood? The aluminum style finish?

Not too expensive.. ie. 2008/2009 4.2 XKR will set you back around 55-65t USD.

However.. in Denmark, where I am from, and will be spending alot of my driving, the car costs around 145t USD, thus there are max aorund 10 of them in the whole country ...

mosesbotbol

instead of the wood, there are five acres of tinfoil

Hehe, this will be my first jag, and I am looking so much forward to the experience.. and I will have a in depth review coming shortly... Something I do with all the cars that I have owned, quite a few over the years... Funny fact, since I have had to wait to take delivery, I have had the opportunity to download the manual (thanks to this forum and JimC64) and I for the first time in my life, actually read the whole thing... never done before and will never do again.. and just to top it off , I have seen, what I am sure is, all relevant reviews, car guides, will my XKR blow up?, it the jag XKR a reliable car?, and exhaust vids ect ect that youtube, google, and Streetfire has had to offer... so I fell ready... very ready.

$145,000 is £89,500 or about 25% more than it would have originally cost new in the UK.

Not surprised there's only 10 of them in Denmark!

Well I am of the opinion that the car is beautiful as it is, and only very few mods would go down well..

That being said the following will be done..

Exhaust system has to be changed.. sounds like a Prius inside kidding a side, such a powerful car has to sound just a tad bit meatier (my 2 cents)..

So I bought this system.. don't want it to be too loud and in your face.. made that mistake many a time before with my Boxster 987 and 997 among others, cost an arm and a leg to buy another and change again.....

Hope it will not be too loud.

I love the rims, 20" no need to upgrade.. Might tint the rear windows......
