Great to hear Jerome.
For the 2010 I have the radiator cover, both top left and right panels, and now the engine cover shortly all in a nice high-quality carbon. The three panels will be finalized this week. I have Hendricks motorsports carbon experts curing the parts now for me. The engine cover mold will be milled shortly.
I have highflow cats and headers coming up shortly. There are some other threads on here that highlight those builds. To stay up to date with progress, I post a lot on the facebook page below.
I will post some photos of the panels as soon as possible.
A little update for you guys. The process I have worked out on the panels seems to have worked out rather nicely. The fitment is exactly what I was hoping for. Each part is certainly an investment to do correctly, well worth the effort per what I'm seeing. I hope you guys like it. I'll gather some pricing shortly if anyone is interested. The radiator cover will tie everything together nicely. I will have sets in matte finish and gloss. If a client desires, there are other options for custom carbon finishes, an upchage is associated based upon cost of carbon material only.
I should have the radiator cover complete in a few days. I'm going ahead and moving forward with the engine cover mold now.
Thanks for your patience and I hope to speed things up with producing parts. If I'm able to sell a few here and there, the profit is all going back into making more parts and there seems to be quite a list of suggestions.
Derek may i make a suggestion for a part. The part that meets the windshield always fades. Can you do a something better than Jaguar, even if in carbon fiber. Me and every xk150 owner would want one- they all fade.

I've notice this fade on a few cars. Certainly key to use a good quality trim restorer.
Duplicating that area in carbon certainly can be done. The mold tooling will not be cheap for myself but something I will look into as we move forward with parts. I'll add it into the list of parts to consider.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I should have the full details of the engine bay package pricing with radiator cover this week. Just working out the details with how much carbon I'll need to order and keep on hand since this stuff has a limited shelf life. I must say, these covers really jazz the engine up. They look so good in person. I stopped at a Cars and Coffee event this weekend and many people were complimenting the look.
Carbon radiator cover done for the F-types non-awd and 07-up XK / XKR.
Quick post. I'll give details and pricing later. I'll get some better quality photos as well. These are full 3-ply Carbon fiber. No fiberglass used. These are build as they should be.
I'm on to the engine covers now. I'll offer a group buy discount if there is enough interest.
Thanks for the responses guys. These certainly turned out awesome. I went to a local cars and coffee event here in Charlotte and everyone seemed to enjoy them. Certainly something you will not see on another jag at the moment.
Now for the details:
All made in the U.S.A and Fricken awesome quality.
These are Cytec VTM FRB 2x2 Carbon. A very high quality, nice consistent weave. A total 3-Plys of nothing but carbon. No filler material. The polished appearance is how these come straight out of the molds. If you need even more gloss, you can clear or I can quote clear coating, if you desire. If you desire a matte finish, I will get pricing for that as well.
Radiator cover: 750$
Upper left and right cover: 475$ each.
Kit price total: 1700$
Kit in photo is made with a Hexcel carbon which has a slight gold tint to the resin. The Cytec has a more clear/black appearance.
If anyone wants to jump on the first prototype set , it is ready to ship at 1450$ for all three pieces.
I'm investing in the engine covers next and I'm willing to do more items as I recoup some of the investment for these expensive tools. So the more I can get out to you guys, the more I can do. Everything is reinvested to design more FrickenFast parts.
I think this stuff looks pretty cool and the work done here is great. That being said there is a point here where I think it becomes overkill. I can see the cover over the SC and maybe something covering the air intake system but there is a point where it becomes to much and takes away from the engine. I have the same opinion on the wood inside. I like the panel over the glove box and around the instruments panel but not on the center console or infotainment screen where the black stands out. Now a CF spoiler of front lip is a nice touch.
Years they cover are
07-2015 XK/XKR
2014-2016 F-type models less awd.
The chin splitter and diffuser will be coming soon. I wouldn't be too concerned with cracking a carbon fiber one. Most that you see cracked are the composite based ones with one layer of carbon backed by fiberglass. An all carbon one should take curb beatings rather well.
Here are some better quality photos guys. If anyone is interested in the kit, I am offering a discount voucher for the engine cover that is coming and any future carbon item. As I recoup investment for tooling , I am putting funds into more tooling for more parts. I will hold a poll for which product you guys want after the engine cover. You name it, I will make design and make it.
