Default Common fuel leakage locations

I get a strong smell of gas once in a while
after shutting off car or starting car, it seems
To be coming from near front wheels, wondering
where I should check and how to check for leakage.
I've already checked the steel fuel line connections
on top of engine, and fuel rail, no leakage noted.

-No codes or performance issues
-all injectors were replaced a year ago
-no evap codes, passes evap test

My kid's XKR had a leak where the fuel rail connects to the injector top. It was a bad O-ring. What an incredible Pain in the *** to change a single O-ring. I did all of them anyway.

Found the leak, its drizzling from the front of the gas tank passenger side (US), yikes!!!

Im assuming this is coming from the top of the fuel pump. I know there was a rover/jaguar recall for something similar, anyone have any knowledge on this?need to address this ASAP

I believe XKs do not have access to the tanks fuel pump
From within the vehicle.

Okay, so I found my secondary injectors spraying fuel
for extra power under the back seats,

You indeed can access the fuel pump flange
From the under the back seats.

I unplugged the fuel pump, cleaned thoroughly with alcohol
then applied 2 coats of gorilla super glue, let it sit overnight
and no leakage noted.

This will be a temporary fix until the new flange cover comes in.

Looks like the flange is more of an internal body. Looks very much like the 4.2 L unit.
