Cool Convertible Top Rear Window

2008 Convertible Top Rear Window, came out this morning in the garage, found rear window bond had let loose and window was laying on the headliner, anyone had this experience, besides buying a new top any ideas. 3M must make an adhesive for this issue.

It's an easy DIY repair. I used the 3M adhesive but it didn't last very long. What worked for me was Rhino Glue and Suck N Clamps. Details are in the thread posted above, including photos. Look for my posts.

P.S. See https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/w...d.php?t=201250

Stuart,

Thanks for the expanded details. For obvious reasons, I don't pay too much attention to convertible top threads. I've added a link to your repair procedure thread in the XK/XKR - 'How To' / DIY Repair & Maintenance sticky under a new CONVERTIBLE TOP section.
