Cream Puff or Keep Looking?

I have been searching for a used XK Coupe. Recently I came across this listing:
2007 Jaguar XK Coupe
The vehicle is attractively priced $26,900 with 39,750 miles. The other XK's that are available on eBay and adhuntr.com are priced higher and have more miles.
The car looks great and is in excellent condition with all service records. It is also an Arizona car that has been used in the milder climate location in the state (Prescott) The test drive was very impressive and the vehicle still had the new car scent. The only thing holding me back from pulling the trigger is the car has 4 prior owners.
Service records show oil was changed often (synthetic) sometimes within 1,200 - 5,000 miles and no other unusual repairs outside of brakes, tire replacement and battery.
Like most buyers, I have usually limited my searches to one owner vehicles. Should I stick with this philosophy or given the prior light use and well maintained ownership history of this car go ahead and take the plunge?
Appreciate any advice that you current owners may have.

- First owner drove it 1 year 14K miles and traded it in for an XKR.
- Second owner was a collector in his 70's who purchased the vehicle as a CPO - he drove the car 13.5K miles over 4.5 years. He bought an Aston Martin.
- Third owner was also a collector and friend of the second owner. He drove the vehicle for 1 year and 11K miles and was reducing his inventory.
- Forth owner in his mid 50's has had the vehicle only 7 months and has driven only 1,000 miles and indicates he is looking at a Tesla

Thanks for bringing this real cream puff to my attention. Problem is the price is going the wrong direction for my budget and Florida is like 2500 miles away from Utah. Even if I was to get the car for $27k, after transportation costs and Utah use tax I would be nearing $30K. Great looking car in exceptional condition.

It's interesting to see how a large and reputable Jaguar dealership (Palm Beach Jaguar) took a very sellable one owner desireable car to the Auction. Generally they sell everything they get especially the more reasonable lower mileage one owner cars. I guess what I didn't notice is that this car probably was never traded to Palm Beach Jaguar but to another dealer.

Why check for cracks?....these low profile tires do not have a lot of cushion when hitting a pothole, when it occurs, you'll mostly bruised the tire and possibly "crack" the wheel. my wheels are 285X35X20 (rear) 255X35X20 (front).
After the purchase, with an "as is" clause, naturally, I had my local Jag dealer run it through our required Maryland State inspection program, they found the rt rear wheel had a crack. It failed inspection. I spent, almost, $1700 on new custom wheels. I went back to the dealer from where I purchased the car, talking first to the GM.Getting no where, finally had a word with the owner of the dealership. After pleading my case, he wrote a check for $1700 reimbursement with the caveat, I don't bad mouth them in social media and on the "Dealerator" site. Which I won't do, as hey did the right thing. In the end, he stated, the GM should had handled it appropriately. So, I'm going to have all four of the Cremonas refurbished and either keep for spares or re-sale.

My wife hit a pothole with our XJR, bruised the tire had to replace. Kept having a very slow leak. I had the dealer check it when I took the car in for maintenance. I saw it, it was there on the inside hub side. I had it repaired for $250, or so. Worked like a charm. Believe, it does happen.
