The most meaningful voltage measurements are those taken with the meter directly on the battery terminals.
The main power distribution cables are quite large. After cleaning up *every* main power distribution junction I have literally less than 0.01vdc drop at the farthest end of the circuit.

Your CTECK does not seem to be doing the job.

At 12.34vdc, your battery is just under 50% charged if it is a sealed maintenance free battery with ca/ca chemistry at 70*F.

A fully charged battery will be somewhere north of 12.7vdc.

Ctek makes other models then the 3300 so why was that one chosen? I see it is sold as a Jaguar accessory so I assume that is why it has been selected . Just asking.

CTEK 3300 is considered the middle of the product line.

CTEK lower priced models are for smaller batteries, like ATV, motorcycle, lawn mowers, lawn tractor's etc.

Top of the line CTEK has an 8 step maintainer system for larger size battery's such as marine etc.

CTEK does a few other new models with even more enhanced features. They cost more than the CTEK 3300.

For automobiles the CTEK 3300 is the best fit and for under $52.00 (Amazon w/ free shipping) it is a bargain. I have 5 vehicles and 3 of them are currently connected to a CTEK 3300 at this very moment. 2009 Jaguar XKR, 2014 Porsche 981, 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T.

I wouldn't be without one.

See www.ctek.com for more info and answers to your questions.

Hope this answers your questions and helps other Jaguar owners.
