Or... the battery can't accept the charge??
I can leave my car unattended for monthS (5 is my longest) And she'll start on her own.

I would expect that from a 900 Amp battery with a quiescent drain of 30 thousands of an amp. (0.030 A)

Thanks for the reply. The battery fully charges. I charged it fully before I left on May 10. I have chosen to leave it unattended this time and expect to be back mid-late July. Let's see if it will start the car after 2 1/2 months.

Maybe your maintainer shut down after some period of time or maybe it got hot and shut down.
Next time, feel your maintainer to see if it is warm and operational. You might need a new maintainer.

My guess is the maintainer is defective.
