I got a mail in my inbox this morning referring me to the below page, although it's for a different reason it should hopefully be useful as the OP wants to use it, (skip to the bottom paragraph)

My thoughts on the link you posted about hit and run damage to parked cars. My wife parked her new Lexus in a store parking lot only to come out of the store 10 minutes later to find that someone, in an attempt to park their car in the space to the right of my wife's car, first made contact with my wife's car at the taillight ... and then proceeded to complete the parking process by scraping my wife's car the length of the rear fender, then the rear door, then the front door and then the front fender, and, smashed off her passenger side mirror in the process. The person then took off, no note, no nothing!
Get used to it, because it's the new world we live in ... way too many people have a complete lack of caring, of compassion, of being 'nice', of doing what's right, of taking responsibility for their own actions, of living by 'the golden rule', etc. ... you remember ... those 'old fashion' values that most of us instilled in us by our parents and teachers ... until a couple of decades ago. I don't know exactly how or why it has come about, but I have my own opinions which I won't go say ... because I'd be thrown off of this forum.
