Unhappy Depressing?

I just realized that soon this forum will be moved from the "Jaguar models (current)" to "(modern)".

I'm surprised it hasn't happened already. I know they stopped production, have all of them been sold yet?

Default Classic trumps current and modern

Flyc2c,

Turn your depression into elation.

At my age, I haven't been a "current"or "modern" model for a long time. That hasn't caused me to become depressed because I have withstood the test of time since I came from a good family and inherited good genes. So has my XKR which, because of its heritage and design DNA, I expect will become a timeless classic rather than just be another forgotten "current" or "modern" car. Classic trumps"current" and "modern".

"Don't worry, be happy! "

Stuart

Cheers to that! I'm sure the 'current' XKs will be just that in time.

Plenty of New XKs for sale. There are even a few New 2014s.

I think new (current) XK/XKR model should be "admitted" to the modern classification, and first generation model should immediately scooted in the Classic category.
