Drivers side window problem

When I get out of my car in my garage I have the drivers door window open to make it easier to get out the car, I press the lock button for a couple of seconds then the window closes. Before I get into the car when its in my garage I global unlock to open both windows, to make it easier to get into the car.
Today I tried to global close the drivers door window but it would not work. Both windows open with global but only the passenger side closes. Vey odd as its been working fine up until today. The window works with the switch except 1 touch does not work on the drivers side door window.
Any ideas please

First, reset both windows.
Window reset procedure
If that doesn't make a difference, do it again. If no change, your battery may be weak. How old is your battery? Is your car garaged or parked outside? Cold weather is a battery killer, regardless of age. In the morning, before starting your car, your battery should measure at least 12.6 volts. If it's lower, it's weak and should be recharged or replaced . If you don't have a voltmeter, your local auto parts store probably will load test your battery for free.
Good luck!
