Yeah I got mine through the Jag dealer when I bought the car. I knew I was going to finance anyway, my apr was really low, so my call was that the extra $65 per payment (more or less) was my peace-of-mind fee. High, maybe, but in my case it worked out.

In chazarro's case, by the time the car turns 45k miles, the warranty is long over.
Its like taking out a hip replacement policy on a 22 year old that runs out when he turns 55. lol. But there are suckers who dont think twice.

You were smart. You bought insurance when you were most likely to use it.
