Well crap. This scenario played out all over again late last night while leaving the city. I should have gone ahead and replaced both banks of injectors and not just the one that failed last time. Lesson learned.
This time, I was at least able to restart the car. I was worried about leaving it stranded in that part of town so I drove home in 'reduced performance mode'. Time will tell whether or not that was a bad decision.

Sucks, man. A lot.
I had to drive mine with a stuck injector for about six miles as I was on the Interstate. I also only did the one side and haven't had an Other Side problem YET.
The only bad thing I experienced from driving that distance is the oil in the crankcase / sump was full of unburnt fuel. Of course I changed it as soon as I could.
