Front getting light at high speeds: solved on later models?

Hi all, so I've made a little trip to nearby Germany to see if I could max my N/A 4.2 last summer.
Its speed is limited to 250 km/h / 155 mph, but already at 235 km/h / 146 mph, I was feeling in the steering that the car's front was getting light...that was a bit scary so I didn't aim to drive any faster.![Icon Emm](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_emm.gif)
I remember Clarkson from Top Gear already mentioned that issue, so I was not especially surprised to experience it.
But my question is: was this issue fixed later in the model's life? If yes, when? Already with the 5.0 update?
Thanks for the info!

I have been at about 140mph on the back straightaway at Buttonwillow raceway, but only for a second or two near the end of the straightaway, so I don't recall feeling any lightness. On my Pantera, however, with virtually no weight in the front (engine is right behind your shoulders), and with a pointed wedge "nose' begging to fly, it wants to take off and make the steering useless.
