Default Front stabilizer bushings and links under warranty??

2014 XKR 50k miles I noticed a noise in the front end going over speed bumps and the car started swaying in turns. I purchased the CPO warranty after my oem warranty expired. The dealer said the front stabilizer bushings and links need to be replaced and that they are not covered under the warranty that they are wear parts. I was quoted the following prices to replace them. Parts and labor installed.
The front stabilizer bar bushing which cost 371.06
The front stabilizer links which cost 409.00
Question is wouldn’t this be covered under the Jaguar CPO warranty? The issue existed under the original warranty as well but they always returned the car saying no problem found. Now I used a different tech and Voilà he finds the problem. I have had bushings replaced under warranty before in other cars I have owned. Please help as the car is in the shop now and they are waiting for my approval. They are also changing the rear differential which is making noise but that is being covered under the warranty.

Almost anyone could work out how to replace those parts and they probably don't need any special tools either. They are relatively cheap parts (in Germany, I would pay about 100€ for the lot, even if I went for the most expensive Lemförder ones).

Lemförder 29431 02 = Jaguar C2C10793, C2C18573, C2C39468, C2D24220, EX535K483AA, XR822199
Triscan 8500 16857 = Jaguar XR819697

Changing the front stabilizer links is just getting two nuts off and replacing with the new item. Could do that on your driveway.

Getting to the front stabilizer bar bushings might be awkward, but technically, there is nothing special either.

I would tell the garage to get the insurance company to pay for it or you will be doing it yourself or asking a local mechanic to do it.

Get the diff done there and have a indie mechanic to take look .

Whilst it's common for these cars to chew through upper control arms , tie rod ends and stab link rods I've rarely heard of the D rubbers going on the stabiliser bar
