Getting caught up on maintenance

Since early December I've been getting caught up on maintenance on my newly acquired 2014 XKR. It's now a hobby car that I'll keep maintained and take pride in. This is a link to the car when I purchased it. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-again-222749/ It currently has only 14,000 miles on it; however, 6 years of maintenance is due and a lot of work is required to make it as new as possible.
1. I did a 3 step full paint correction to remove all scratches and swirl marks and sealed the paint. Car looks new again
2. Installed Jag Wranglers, Steve's, Remote top module Great product and well supported
3. Put car up on jack stands for fluid changes, undercarriage cleaning and inspection, air intake filter change
4. Thoroughly cleaned rims and sealed them with Klasse High Gloss Sealant
5. Drained and replaced ediff fluid (Castrol BOT 720 from Jaguar)
6. Drained and replaced engine oil (0W-20 Jaguar Castrol Professional)
7. Flushed brakes with DOT 4 SL6 brake fluid
8. Transmission Fluid Change (Jaguar C2C8432 fluid, holy crap that stuff is $$$$, ZF LG6 is probably the same) still in progress. Used Don's Transmission Fluid Flush method
9. Installed Bovee 1000 for bluetooth streaming
10. Reset Maintenance reminder, LOL
11. Sealed convertible top with Protector 303
12. Cleaned brake calipers and checked brake pads (new "JAGUAR" decals ordered to replace faded old ones) and will clear coat after installation
13. Cleaned under engine hood
14. Installed battery maintainer quick connect harness
15. Installing battery charger external connection port under rear diffuser (in progress)
Will have coolant antifreeze flushed after CPO final check in May when it expires. Will also have water pump, chain tensioner and guide, and supercharger checked during inspection.
Will also be looking at replacing tires with either same Pirelli or Michelin Super Sport at end of summer or before.
Next winter will do supercharger fluid change and power steering fluid change. Brake pads and rotors will be replaced as required.
Did I miss anything?
This is the first time I bought a Jaguar over 1 year old and will maintain it in as new condition as possible. The maintenance has become a winter project.

Damn, I missed that. You have excellent eyesight--you must have eat your carrots yesterday or do you have access to that new military spy satellite.
[Edited]I thought you were mocking me and telling me my power steering fluid looked contaminated. After rereading your post I see you miss typed "it" and meant to type "if", LOL. Power steering fluid will be done next winter with supercharger fluid.

Hey, George. I don't have seat filters in my XKR. I have the performance seats with no ventilation. Thanks for the suggestion.

I am pleased to read that someone else takes maintenance seriously.
Also consider putting SC fluid change on your to-do list in the near future. Don't forget to check accessory belts and check battery voltage. Put felt pads on battery terminals, make sure there is no spilled acid around it; if the battery is original just replace it as you don't want to deal with voltage-related issues on this car. If you have tools for it, check AC refrigerant pressure. Consider going over all interior leather seams with a leather conditioner (Saphir Creme Universelle is currently what I use) to prevent leather from cracking around stitching. Don't forget to check that your AC is draining correctly. Check dates on your tires, replace if they are originals as they are now too old and hardened. If you change tires, do alignment even if there are no signs that it is off as you don't want to find out you have an issue by chewing up your new tires. Send engine oil out for analysis to check for metals. Get your interior carpets steamed by a detailing shop, apply Scottchguard once it dries off. Check, or just replace, your spark plugs - I would probably pull 1 or 2 out and if they are still pristine, leave them be for another year. Read the codes, see if anything turns up do an investigation.

-On my next winter maintenance list
Don't forget to check accessory belts and check battery voltage.
-Forgot to mention I connected an ELM327 OBD2 reader to the Torque Pro app to read voltage...
Put felt pads on battery terminals, make sure there is no spilled acid around it; if the battery is original just replace it as you don't want to deal with voltage-related issues on this car.
-I'll check the date on the battery. My TecMate battery maintainer indicates the battery is good. If it is original I'll replace
If you have tools for it, check AC refrigerant pressure.
-Not on my list to do
Consider going over all interior leather seams with a leather conditioner (Saphir Creme Universelle is currently what I use) to prevent leather from cracking around stitching.
-Done as sson as I brought the car home and repeated 3 times
Don't forget to check that your AC is draining correctly.
-On my list to do this winter or next. I'll cut the duck bill or find a way to insert a tube up it to keep it open
Check dates on your tires, replace if they are originals as they are now too old and hardened.
-There is still a bit of functional tread left . I'll replace by the end of this coming summer.
If you change tires, do alignment even if there are no signs that it is off as you don't want to find out you have an issue by chewing up your new tires.
-Alignment is on the list to have done first thing in the summer. My dealer offers free alignment checks and adjustments after having it done
Send engine oil out for analysis to check for metals.
-I'll like to get this done for the transmission as well, but what would I do if I found something?
Get your interior carpets steamed by a detailing shop, apply Scottchguard once it dries off.
-My carpets never get dirty. I don't drive the Jag in the rain
Check, or just replace, your spark plugs - I would probably pull 1 or 2 out and if they are still pristine, leave them be for another year.
-Yes, this is something that is easy to do
Read the codes, see if anything turns up do an investigation.
-I'll have the dealer do this every year

Pretty much what I did last year when I picked up my 2011 XKR vert with 18K, including the power steering fluid. I wanted to have fresh fluids in everything. I am holding off on the air filters and spark plugs as the car runs beautifully. When I did the transmission we also replaced the pan, filter and connector sleeve seal.

I've seen the post on valve cleaning. Will need to figure out a entry point to spray the cleaner into. The injectors can easily be done with injector cleaner. I need to do both of these when the weather improves in the spring because the car needs to go on the road. Thanks for reminding me.
